Public & Regulatory Affairs
Political decision-making can directly impact companies’ market positions. Corporate leaders have to ensure to be part of the conversation and have a voice at the table in those fora where decisions are made. Depending on the possible impact and their business strategy, companies can choose how to deal with regulatory initiatives:
Be informed and able to react – basic level, not much beyond a situational analysis
Have a voice, be consulted and able to advise – moderate player in the bubble
Be involved and able to influence – impact
Be a thought leader, set the agenda and the tone – public policy leader
AmpersandPartners helps clients make that choice. Together, we set objectives and KPIs, and develop a concrete strategy and action plan to help implement it, based on a realistic assessment of the chances of success to affect policy outcomes.
